Job Summary

blithequark is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its team on a part-time, remote basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with no prior IT background to embark on a career journey in business analysis and Scrum Master roles. As a Business Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, creating test plans and test cases, and organizing and maintaining the team backlog. You will also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on projects and interview preparation for Entry-level Business Analyst and SAFe Scrum Master 6.0 Certification.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements
• Documenting requirements, including user stories that are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria
• Creating test plans and test cases
• Organizing and maintaining the team backlog
• Participating in hands-on projects and interview preparation for Entry-level Business Analyst and SAFe Scrum Master 6.0 Certification
