Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to individuals seeking financial guidance and planning
• Educating customers on various financial planning options, including retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more
• Assisting customers with daily activities such as retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and more
• Building strong relationships with customers to understand their unique financial needs and goals
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert guidance to customers

Desirable Experience

While prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, we're looking for candidates with:

• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others
• Strong social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
• Experience in sales, marketing, accounting, or managerial/leadership/entrepreneurial roles (a plus, but not required)
