As a Skills Trainer - Job Coach, you coordinate internship activities for a paid internship program, including developing resumes, assisting students in fulfilling curriculum requirements, and monitoring progress. You communicate regularly with parents, school staff, employers, and DVRS to provide updates on program progress and participate in networking events to create awareness of the program. You're also responsible for developing and coordinating six-week internship opportunities. You coordinate schedules and travel arrangements and provide on-site job coaching for each student. Your excellent communication skills are needed to liaise with internship supervisors and managers, conduct weekly progress assessments, and complete all documentation in a timely and professional manner.
