Your Role at blithequark
As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be a key member of our team, responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your passion for helping others, combined with your technical expertise and product knowledge, will enable you to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible service.
A Typical Day at blithequark
In this role, you can expect to:
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, chat, or other digital channels
- Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Utilize your product knowledge to consult with customers and provide solutions to their problems
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar environment
- Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including high-speed internet (> 40mbps)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
