Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring all inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally through the use of multiple systems
  • Focusing on first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction while maintaining adherence to defined operational standards
  • Acting on behalf of blithequark as a first-tier support for all customer inquiries and effectively communicating and resolving each related issue
  • Assisting with important department and company initiatives on an as-needed basis
  • Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics

Daily Duties

Your daily duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily call volume (service level takes priority)
  • Providing accurate resolutions to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensuring customer needs are met on every interaction (phone, email, written correspondence, etc.)
  • Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
  • Performing all other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
