Job Summary

As a Chat Agent Senior Associate at blithequark, you will establish new customer relationships via the Chat platform and serve as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate coverages and products. You will quote and issue auto, motorcycle, renters, and homeowners insurance policies, while providing empathetic, efficient, and responsive service that reflects our brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and deepen customer relationships by providing empathetic, efficient, and responsive service that reflects our brand and culture

  • Proactively identify the need for and offer additional insurance products and services offered by blithequark and/or our business partners to help us build and retain a profitable, multi-line portfolio
  • Take reactive and proactive chats to gather information and close sales on personal lines insurance
  • Achieve daily sales and productivity standards
  • Thrive in an environment of change and commit to professional development
  • Efficiently use resources to accurately issue policies in compliance with underwriting and state mandated requirements, as measured by survival and quality results
  • Assist new customers with navigating blithequark.com to complete the sales process and ensure a successful on-boarding experience with our organization

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

  • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Compensation and Benefits

* Compensation offered for this role is $18.03 - 29.39 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications
