Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming environment that encourages them to explore our merchandise offerings.
  • Proactively maintain Disney brand standards, ensuring that all interactions with guests and sales transactions meet the highest levels of quality and professionalism.
  • Achieve financial and productivity goals, working collaboratively with the management team to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Effectively manage queues and multiple guests at kiosks and sales locations, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Perform quick, accurate, and effective transactions that enhance the guest experience, observing all relevant guest service guidelines and offering add-ons and communicating offers.
  • Maintain neat and organized operations, both at kiosks and back of house, ensuring that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment.
  • Assist with stock deliveries, lifting boxes, and replenishment to agreed standards, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and flexibility.
  • Adhere to all DTGM policies, procedures, and administrative requirements, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
