Corporate Governance Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Corporate Governance Project Coordinator to facilitate the development and implementation of a Corporate Governance disclosure program. The role will require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, data collection and analysis, and presentation of project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Compliance, Business, Legal, or related subject
  • At least 2 -4 years of Compliance or Governance experience
  • Previous experience in the Entertainment Industry is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with project management applications like Asana, Jira, Trello, etc., and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills required
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to meet organizational goals within deadlines
  • Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time zones
  • Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to present for small to medium-sized, cross-functional groups on relevant topics and Project management best practices
  • Passionate and willing to learn
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Familiarity with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or PMP certified is a plus
