Your Mission: Own the First Contact and Grow the Sales Pipeline!

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the first step of the sales process - identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our Account Executives. As the first human touchpoint for prospects, you will play an important role in building a predictable sales pipeline through meaningful outreaches. If you love initiating conversations, creating opportunities, and being the bridge between Marketing and Sales, this role is for you!

Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

  • Identify and research potential new customers in the healthcare sector

  • Conduct cold calls, send outbound emails, and use LinkedIn to generate interest

  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales Team

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM

  • Provide valuable market and customer feedback to improve our approach

  • Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and customer feedback to continuously improve your sales strategy.

Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

  • First experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech environments

  • Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally

  • Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with our solution

  • Excellent communication skills: You know how to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand

  • Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.

  • Fluent in German (C2), to effectively support our German customer base and a good command of English.
