Who You Are As a Senior Software Engineer, you take ownership of designing, developing, and optimizing scalable backend services for our SaaS platform using Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Elastic Search. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing both technical expertise and leadership. Beyond development, you drive system improvements, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to shape the platform’s long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a SaaS-based platform.

• Work with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Elastic Search to build high-performance applications. Develop high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Elastic Search.

• Optimize applications for high scalability and performance.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment. Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and post-launch monitoring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and drive innovation.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in backend development.

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.

• Prior experience working in a product-based company.

• Must have experience working on a SaaS-based platform. Proven experience in building and maintaining SaaS-based platforms.

• Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of algorithmic problem-solving, system architecture, and distributed systems.

• Experience dealing with high-scale data and distributed systems.

• Knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and system scalability.

• Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with others.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, milestone-driven development environment.
