Responsibilities:- Conduct outside sales and promote our products and services to potential customers
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collect customer information and accurately input it into our CRM system
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and concerns to the marketing team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in door-to-door sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
