Implementation Manager, Technical
QuartzBio is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant for their Managed Services team. This role focuses on the successful implementation of Precision Medicine Intelligence Platform solutions, with a strong emphasis on systems integrations, customer communication, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a background in systems integration, Python or R, and be customer-facing, possessing a strong understanding of data technology and biopharma industry experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, Data Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in systems or data engineering, preferably in the biopharma industry
- 4-6 years of experience working in a customer-facing role and leading projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of project management processes
- Ability to write complex reports
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in Python or R
