You will be the Subcontract Manager for the PAC-3 program team. Our team is responsible for implementing and managing subcontracts to support program material requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production Operations, and Procurement and Planning and Control (PP&C). What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for managing subcontracts and supporting the PAC-3 program team in achieving its goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and effective subcontract management. Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Driving mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain by supporting timely subcontracts
  • Managing supplier issues daily to support production and various customers
  • Leading various projects as assigned
  • Traveling as needed to support program requirements
