Director of Sales & Growth – Digital Subscriptions

We are currently seeking a driven, results-oriented sales leader to join our team as Director of Sales & Growth – Digital Subscriptions (remote).

This is a sales leadership role with a strong growth mandate and a variable compensation structure tied directly to revenue, subscription acquisition, and performance outcomes.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Deliver sustained, year-over-year subscription sales growth by leading both Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
  • Take full accountability for the subscription sales and growth, driving top-line revenue, optimizing profitability, and managing acquisition costs.
  • Meet and exceed subscription sales quotas, with compensation tied to new acquisition, upsell, and renewal performance across Wholesale and DTC channels.
  • Develop and execute winning go-to-market sales strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and improve trial-to-paid conversions.
  • Build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams and partner relationships that deliver aggressive growth targets and elevate iFIT’s market presence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales: Own the sales and growth strategy for both Wholesale and DTC channels, with a focus on expanding the paid subscriber base and scaling acquisition volume.
  • Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of subscription sales and growth across Wholesale and DTC channels, balancing customer acquisition costs, pricing strategy, and retention economics to drive profitable growth.
  • Growth Strategy: Design and implement acquisition strategies that maximize upsells, conversions, and renewals, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the funnel at every stage.
  • Channel Development: Partner with retail and commercial sales leaders to align wholesale subscription growth with in-store and partner strategies; collaborate with internal DTC teams to refine online growth engines.
  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and expand strategic wholesale partnerships, negotiating and presenting subscription offerings that deliver competitive advantage and accelerate adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Pricing to build compelling offers, sales campaigns, and channel-specific initiatives that consistently exceed targets.
  • Market Expansion: Partner with international leaders to localize sales strategies and ensure global scalability of subscription growth initiatives.
  • Analytics & Forecasting: Track performance metrics across channels, identify growth opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription revenue.
  • Leadership Presence: Represent iFIT at key partner meetings, sales presentations, and industry events (up to 20% travel) to secure growth commitments and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications

Education & Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 8+ years of sales, growth, or commercial leadership experience in a digital subscription-based business, with proven success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success leading sales-driven subscription growth across both Wholesale and DTC channels.
  • Track record of exceeding aggressive sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and team leadership.
  • Experience building and negotiating large-scale partner relationships, including retail or channel sales.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and revenue impact.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to launch campaigns and initiatives that deliver measurable growth in subscribers, revenue, and profits.
