Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated LPNs for full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options across day, evening, or overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor residents’ nursing care needs on an ongoing basis.

• Provide direct care and clinical supervision to nursing staff.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care provided.

• Delegate tasks and guide support staff in their daily responsibilities.

• Administer treatments and evaluate their effectiveness.

• Participate in resident and family education as needed.

• Support a collaborative, respectful environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by Nurse Managers or other leadership.

Requirements:

• Current NYS Practical Nurse (LPN) License required at time of hire.

• New graduates welcome to apply!

• Geriatric and/or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong computer and clinical documentation skills.

• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the facility and households.

• Availability for holidays and weekends on a rotating basis.

• Team-oriented, compassionate, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodations considered).
