Your Role

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, innovative consultancy at the forefront of legal industry transformation, where creativity, precision, and impact intersect. As a Graphic Designer, you will shape how our clients—and our own flagship research—are presented to the world. From sleek websites and reports to compelling presentations and event collateral, your work will elevate our brand and that of our clients. This is an opportunity to use your design expertise across multiple platforms and formats, while collaborating with a passionate, driven team that values excellence, autonomy, and meaningful work.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a wide range of assets, including:

    • Websites (Webflow), landing pages (Mailchimp, Hubspot), brochures, white papers, one-pagers, case studies, event collateral, social graphics, and presentation decks.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all client and internal deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain templates (PowerPoint, Google Slides, brochures, reports) to improve efficiency and elevate design standards.

  • Adapt to diverse brand guidelines for multiple clients, while also creating materials for our own research reports, events, and marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare and package files for production, including print specs and optimized digital exports.

  • Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account leads to transform ideas into visually compelling, impactful designs.

  • Perform light photo editing and illustration work (retouching, color correction, icons/vector graphics).

  • (Preferred) Contribute to short-form video editing and motion graphics for presentations, events, and social campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of professional design experience in an in-house or agency setting; B2B experience required.

  • A strong, multi-platform design portfolio showcasing web, print, and presentation work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and expertise in PowerPoint/Google Slides.

  • Proven ability to prepare files for both print and digital production with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with and adapting to diverse brand guidelines across multiple projects and clients.

  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, and design systems; ability to create scalable templates.

  • Strong organizational and file management skills, with attention to version control.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present and refine design concepts.

  • (Preferred) Experience in basic video editing or motion graphics.
