Sales Executive in Training – Commercial & Industrial Division

Location:Supporting Virginia Beach, VA

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with a seasoned Sales Executive to learn the ropes and make an impact:

  • Build relationships with local businesses and identify new sales opportunities
  • Coordinate on-site repairs and improvements with contractors and vendors
  • Support fleet fueling setups, emergency deliveries, and tank installations
  • Assist with account setup and customer onboarding
  • Follow up with new customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service, billing, and pricing issues
  • Conduct goodwill visits and support fuel quality investigations

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (industry experience not required)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
