Job Description BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Call Center Representative for an opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA USA! Position Title: Call Center Representative Location : Remote in Pittsburgh, PA Anticipated Start Date: 09/29 Please note this is the target date, and it is subject to change. Expected Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay Range: [$18.00] – [$20.3]) on W2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Shift - M-F, shifts between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm EST : Daily hours and shifts may vary, for Overtime as needed to support storm-related activities Job Description: Project Description: The Customer Service Representative will leverage call center experience, customer service skills, problem solving, and attention to detail to deliver positive customer experience. The right candidate will enjoy building relationships with customers, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate grit that will inspire others to strive for superior results. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails
• Conduct outreach phone calls and/or emails
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Recognize and follow call flows with scripts
• Research and review customer inquiries
• Research information using multiple systems
• Relay research findings and outcomes to customers
• Identify and escalate appropriate issues
• Clearly document call information and encounters in call logs
• Recognize and alert management of risk and trends
• Quickly transition from one task to another
• Maintain a professional demeanor
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-years of Customer Service experience
• 1+ year of call center environment experience
• 6 months of Utilities or Health & Public Services experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with computers: Experience using the internet, email via Outlook, etc.
• Data entry experience
• Listening, verbal, and written communication experience
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience
• Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet
