We are a project management and staffing solutions company serving the engineering, construction, and technology sectors. We help clients with scheduling, project controls, staffing, and workforce solutions. We are seeking a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to independently manage and optimize our online presence through strategic marketing campaigns, SEO, digital advertising, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. This is a fully remote, deliverable-based role. The ideal candidate will execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, improve our overall online presence, drive website traffic, generate qualified leads, and manage all email marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Digital & Paid Marketing Channels

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search engine rankings and website traffic.

Deliverable: Increase organic search traffic and keyword rankings within agreed timelines.

  • Plan and execute SEM campaigns through Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.

Deliverable: Achieve target CTR, conversion rate, and ROI on paid campaigns.

  • Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and content-driven sequences.

Deliverable: Send scheduled campaigns and achieve engagement and lead generation goals.

  • Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns including InMail, connection requests, and content engagement.

Deliverable: Set qualified meetings or generate X leads per week/month. Website & Content Management

  • Independently design and manage website content for user experience, branding, and conversion optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
  • Actively improve the company’s online presence across websites, social media, and digital platforms.

Deliverable: Maintain consistent branding, improve web visibility, and track measurable engagement metrics. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Arefs.

Deliverable: Provide weekly or monthly reports on KPIs including traffic, leads, email campaign performance, and overall campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and email campaign management.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn advertising, and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of website design and CMS platforms (WordPress, GoDaddy, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Experience with content marketing and copywriting is a plus.
  • Ability to work fully independently, managing all aspects of digital marketing without support.
