Job title: Dishwasher Company: Pizza & Gamez Entertainment Job description: Pizza & Gamez Entertainment is a Family Entertainment Center seeking a Dishwasher to join the team at the Roswell location Pizza & Gamez Entertainment, PGE is a family entertainment center attached to the A5 Sportsplex on Alpharetta Highway, PGE is a new division of Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. This beautiful new venue features cutting edge virtual reality experiences, arcade fun, an immersive midway with opportunities to win amazing swag, all while offering awesome food and beverage options from pizza & snacks to fresh wraps & smoothies, and for the adults a full-service bar overlooks it all. It's a great place for an afternoon family outing or a private party. We start our non-tipped entry level positions at $15 per hour! POSITION SUMMARY A Pizza & Gamez Dishwasher exceeds our guest service expectations by maintaining cleanliness and organization of dish area, all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Pizza & Gamez Entertainments high standards of quality Guest satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleans all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations.
- Works closely with bussers and cooks in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean.
- Ensure the availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Understands and follows safety and sanitation procedures.
- Maintains detail cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas.
- Takes out trash, replaces trash bags and wash trash cans.
- Observe, instruct, and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
- Work as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
- Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Pizza & Games Entertainment policies and procedures.
- Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
- Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
- Adhere to proper uniform guidelines according to Pizza & Gamez Entertainment.
- Display excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- Show eagerness to learn new skills.
