Department Overview Children's Minnesota is looking for a contract/temporary Provider Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a term of 6 months. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practice providers into the organization, including by not limited to: sourcing, screening, onsite interview support, offer process, and onboarding tasks. This is a remote office position, however, there are onsite requirements so applicants must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin to be considered.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or similar program required. Master's preferred.
  • 4 years progressive responsibilities in Physician and Advanced Recruitment.
  • In lieu of a degree, 6 years Physician/Advance Practice recruitment experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and consulting skills with an ability to interact effectively with physicians, HR partners and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to determine root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively and resolve timely.
  • Must be able to deliver results with little supervision in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills - ability to evaluate metrics, programs, and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to communicate with users, subject matter experts.
  • Strong knowledge of Physician/APP recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience creating and negotiating employment contracts.
