Product Manager, Accessories Strategy & Planning

That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! The Product Manager is responsible for the tactical execution of cross-functional strategic projects within the Accessories Business Unit. The successful candidate will support the Strategy & Planning team by ensuring projects are executed accurately and on time, helping to drive progress against key business goals. This includes high attention to detail in operational tasks like filling out intake forms and collecting product data, cross-functional relationship management in coordinating deliverables from teams such as Product and go-to-market, and strong organizational skills to manage timelines, track dependencies, and support project completion. Responsibilities:

  • Own the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects supporting strategy, marketing, product, and business development efforts
  • Partner closely with Program Managers, Product Marketing, Channel, and Creative teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and execution
  • Collect and consolidate inputs from various teams (e.g. product lists, pricing, imagery, timelines) to enable timely project progress, filling out intake forms where necessary
  • Build and maintain project trackers, checklists, and communication plans for key initiatives – tracking deliverables and dependencies across stakeholders
  • Support ad hoc research, analysis, or documentation needed for projects

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years relevant product management experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data.
  • Experience in managing products and initiatives.
  • Experience managing product suppliers, including leading RFPs, contract management, product development & commercialization, costing negotiations and full product lifecycle management.
  • Experience in effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • Ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product performance data and use the data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to understand customer experience and utilize to drive future decisions.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
