Quality Management (QM) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join our team remotely. This role focuses on improving organizational processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate existing quality management systems and processes. - Develop and implement quality improvement plans based on data analysis and client needs. - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, or other relevant standards. - Facilitate training programs on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. - Support documentation and reporting for quality assurance and regulatory compliance. - Advise on risk management and quality metrics tracking. - Stay current on industry trends and update processes accordingly. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or consulting roles. - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality standards. - Proven ability to conduct audits and lead quality improvement projects. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with quality management software and tools. - Ability to work independently and remotely with effective time management. - Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is preferred.
