Customer Support Representative - Overnight (Remote)

Job Summary

• Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, manage department inbox, and contribute to day-to-day operations.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations.
• Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Available Shifts

• Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM CST
• Saturday to Tuesday: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM CST
