About the Role

• Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding calls and ensure seamless integration onto the Kyra platform
• Develop tailored deployment strategies to meet each client's unique needs
• Proactively address client challenges and prevent churn
• Drive end-to-end account growth and identify upsell opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor, showcasing the value of the platform to clients
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
• Manage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times
• College degree or equivalent educational background
• Proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the influencer marketing industry
• Strong track record as a Client Success Manager
