As an Executive Support Associate, you will leverage your exceptional problem-solving skills, tech-savviness, and practical approach to deliver high-impact results. Your expertise will enable our leaders to focus on high-leverage activities, driving business growth and success. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Executive Assistance, Operations, Customer Success, or as a Chief of Staff, who are passionate about operational enablement, strategic support, and building high-trust partnerships.

About the Role

  • Provide proactive and strategic support to our founders, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and driving business growth
  • Leverage technology and AI to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive operational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement efficient solutions to complex challenges, delivering immediate and measurable outcomes
  • Strategically manage client relationships, aligning solutions with clear, measurable client outcomes and navigating stakeholder interactions with ease

Requirements

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly identify, analyze, and resolve complex challenges
  • Highly proficient in tech and AI, with a motivation to streamline processes and accelerate outcomes
  • Proven ability to support US-based clients, with a strong grasp of local context, cultural norms, communication styles, and business expectations
