At Airtable, we're passionate about empowering anyone to create anything. As an Account Executive of Mid-Market, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with enterprise accounts across multiple industries, driving maximum impact and business transformation.

Our product-led motion means users can easily explore and create value for their companies without friction. With a substantial addressable market and growing demand for our Enterprise product, we're looking for a talented Account Executive to join our team and help drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Leverage Airtable's self-service user base and proven value propositions to land Enterprise logos and build relationships with executives across departments and industries
  • Source expansion opportunities, develop and execute account plans, and lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and other teams to drive business outcomes
  • Consult with prospects, frame the value of Airtable, and model a wide range of use cases to drive business transformation across industries
  • Think critically about sales insights and data, experimenting with new growth tactics and strategies

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned sales professional with 4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company
  • A proven track record of selling 6-figure+ deals to large accounts with 1000-3000 FTE
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in partnering with business leaders, developing long-term relationships, and aligning key stakeholders
  • A consultative and creative problem solver who navigates complexities and needs of clients across industries, sizes, and lifecycles
  • A passionate advocate for Airtable's mission and how customers can use our product to drive business success
