School Based Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Needed! San Francisco, CA
Location: San Francisco, CA Position Type: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a supportive school team in San Francisco, CA. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential care and support to students in an educational setting, promoting a healthy and safe learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care and support to students
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Support students with chronic conditions or health plans
- Respond to medical emergencies and document care provided
- Maintain student health records and ensure confidentiality
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and health professionals
Requirements:
- Active California LVN license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with pediatric or school-based care is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Details:

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, school hours
