Dental Billing, Office Manager & Front Desk Experts Needed for Market Research (Flexible Hours)
We’re seeking experienced dental front desk staff, billers, and office managers to participate in a market research and innovation project focused on transforming dental billing and revenue cycle management in the US. What You’ll Do: Share your real-world experience with dental billing, EOB/ERA processing, claim preparation, and denial management Provide feedback on billing workflows and industry pain points Test our software prototype—get hands-on with the most cutting-edge AI tools in dental RCM before anyone else Participate in user interviews (remote, flexible scheduling—evenings and weekends available) Who You Are: Proficient with OpenDental, Dentrix, EagleSoft, Carestack or any other Dental PMS system Have worked recently in a US dental office in billing, front desk, or office management Detail-oriented, passionate about improving dental office operations, and open to sharing honest feedback Why Join?
