Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers across online platforms to gather feedback, opinions, and suggestions regarding Aeetna products and services.
  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer insights and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online engagement and participation in opinion-sharing activities.
  • Monitor online discussions and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development of customer satisfaction surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online customer engagement and opinion sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online community management, customer engagement, or market research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and online forums.
  • Passion for customer advocacy and driving positive customer experiences.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in online community management, customer engagement, or market research.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible, remote work schedule with occasional evening or weekend availability required to accommodate online community activities.

  • Knowledge of online community management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
