Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team at Workwarp, supporting American Airlines' recruitment projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the present and future course of American Airlines' recruitment programs across the organization. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary of $25/hour, offering immediate start dates and a chance to work with a leading airline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to effectively communicate the data-driven story of American Airlines' recruitment projects
• Develop data-driven recommendations for process improvements to enhance consistency and efficiency
• Gather insights from internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic objectives, including short-term and long-term staffing needs
• Apply project management techniques and processes to shape and regulate key recruitment program systems and projects
• Assist with program design, planning, and analysis
• Communicate with colleagues and company partners to ensure relevant information is shared

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proven collaboration successes across a variety of projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks
• Organized and able to prioritize assignments
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detailed experience using Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, power maps)
• At least 2 years of work experience in the aviation industry
