In this role, you will collaborate closely with our utility teams to outline, develop, and capture commercial enterprise needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging this knowledge to transform data within our Cornerstone Big Data platform.
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems.
• Powering customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools.
• Proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems.
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
• Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, and build management and troubleshooting for data-driven projects (3+ years).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment.
