Remote Credit Specialist - Night Shift (Full-time) - $30/Hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit Specialist to join our team at American Express. As a Credit Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment and prevent future delinquencies. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $30/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reach out to customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment and prevent future delinquencies
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize industry-leading training and ongoing education to develop your skills and knowledge
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in credit management or a related field
• Ability to concurrently address 2-3 conversations and make quick decisions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer questions and concerns
• Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation

• Eye for detail and ability to recognize information gaps and explore to answer
• Ability to appreciate and respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
