Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online platforms, addressing billing/insurance checks, product, or service questions
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to client inquiries
- Take ownership of client issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner, and escalating to pharmacists or pharmacy staff when necessary

- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance and copays as needed
