We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to join our team at CVS Health. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of appeals, including clinical and non-clinical staff, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
• Development, implementation, and communication of performance expectations, with accountability for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
• Support for team and individual development, including recruitment, hiring, and training of staff
• Monitoring of open inventory, production, and quality, with a focus on delivering results that drive business outcomes
• Participation in weekend on-call rotations, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our patients and members

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience, with 2+ years of appeals experience
• RN Associate's Degree minimum required, with BSN preferred
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with providers, members, staff, and leaders

• Competitive salary range: $80,340.00 - $173,040.00
