Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, setting up introductory calls, and developing a strong understanding of Experian's products and services. You will work closely with our sales team to drive effectiveness and team unity, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop industry and location-based accounts and set up quality appointments for Account Executives
  • Manage account lists of contacts and strategize emails, calls, and social outreach (prospecting)
  • Manage sales pipeline through vetting, qualification, and prioritization
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Experian's products and services
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership to drive effectiveness and team unity
  • Aim to develop skills, with a strong learning and teaching mindset

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with B2B experience preferred
  • Experience with sales tools, such as SalesForce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients
  • High level of self-accountability, with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge
