Customer Experience Representative - Call Center (Remote Opportunity)

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team in Jupiter, Florida, with the opportunity to work remotely after completing 45 days of in-office training. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and driving business growth.

At Deposita, we offer a competitive starting rate of $17.00 per hour, with an increased rate of $18.00 per hour for bilingual French (Canadian) speaking representatives. About the Role

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for:

  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing direct support or guidance towards resolution
  • Tackling technical issues with skill and accuracy, creating cases, and escalating to senior team members or departments as needed
  • Demonstrating effective personal performance, meeting departmental metrics, and contributing to a positive team environment
  • Exercising good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a technical customer service call center
  • Stable work history demonstrating strong customer service and relations skills, motivation, and a desire to learn
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to write informatively, clearly, and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical support role or other technical experience
  • Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of software/hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with Service Now and TalkDesk
  • Experience in retail cash offices
