Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Moderation Training Coordinator to join our team at Workwarp! As a key member of our training team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our content moderation agents have the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional customer experiences. If you are passionate about training and development, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze trends and future launches to anticipate training needs and advocate for continual improvement of the agent training experience
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to determine the most effective training strategy to support products and workflows
- Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines
- Design and deliver agent training programs using blended learning techniques, focused on products, policies, and processes for content moderation
- Manage training program logistics, attain training certification goals, and develop and deploy effective communications to track learner compliance
