We're seeking a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Agent! As a Customer Experience Champion, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our pet owners, ensuring their experience with Koala Health is delightful and memorable.

Koala Health is a pioneering veterinary pharmacy dedicated to simplifying pet healthcare. We dispense and ship pet medications and health-related products in our innovative custom pouch packaging. Our mission is to create a delightful experience for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing product and service inquiries.
• Proactively identify solutions to anticipate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support and navigating our website.
• Take ownership of every issue, resolving it from start to finish, and providing a best-in-class service experience.
• Understand that each interaction is an opportunity to create a delightful experience, going beyond just solving a single problem.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
• 1+ year of customer service experience or veterinary care experience.
• Availability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Broadband internet connection with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload.
• Private and distraction-free home environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
• Experience working virtually.
• Experience in veterinary/pet care.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
• Animal lover - a plus, but not required!
