- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop predictive models to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Mentor and manage junior business analysts to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth
- Develop and implement best practices for data analysis, data quality, and data governance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in client management and business/system analysis roles
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (CRO)
- Proven experience working in agile teams with knowledge of agile tools like JIRA and Target Process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Degree in IT/Computer Science, Life Science, or a related field
