We're seeking a visionary Director, Storage Systems Engineering to drive our global storage strategies, build resiliency, and deliver high-throughput personalized experiences.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for operationalizing our global storage infrastructure, managing a diverse team of engineers, and collaborating with product managers to design and implement cutting-edge systems. If you're passionate about developing and growing team members, have a strong background in storage architecture, and are comfortable communicating at an executive level, we want to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of relevant experience, with expertise in On-Prem storage architecture, Cloud storage services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and storage infrastructure (Block, File, Object, and Tape Storage). Experience with Enterprise architecture, 24 x 7 operations, and multi-region experience is a plus.
