Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a skilled and motivated Driver Merchandiser to join our vibrant team! As a Driver Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering and merchandising our products to stores in the El Campo/Victoria, Texas areas. About the Role:
- Work as part of a dynamic team to deliver and merchandise products to stores in the El Campo/Victoria, Texas areas.
- Ensure accuracy and stability of loads, and communicate effectively with customers, shoppers, and other company employees.
- Settle accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments, and pick up company property and secure company assets.
- Comply with regulatory and company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean driving record.
Requirements:
- Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines.
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old, and a clean driving record.
- Physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations.
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
- Minimum 1-year of general work experience, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
- Local delivery experience, and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience.
- Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program.
- Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience is a plus.
