As a CTY Online Educator, you will:

• Develop and deliver rigorous, engaging, and innovative academic experiences for advanced learners, focusing on facilitated learning and community building
• Plan and lead courses within established parameters, creating classroom activities, out-of-class assignments, and projects that support course learning objectives
• Provide meaningful feedback to students throughout the course and complete end-of-course assessments
• Contribute to action research that advances CTY's goals as a center for innovation

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate: $21.17 - $37.07 per hour
• Part-time schedule: 5-10 hours per week
