Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, utilizing the Mathnasium Method and terminology
• Establish positive relationships with parents, promoting confidence and program value
• Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery, using digital educational materials and processes
• Participate in ongoing training and development, with opportunities to enhance instructional and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• A passion for mathematics and teaching, with math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to teach students in grades 2nd through 12th, with a focus on individualized instruction in a group setting
• Excellent interpersonal, mathematical, and instructional skills, with a commitment to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment
