Fall 2025 Remote Digital Marketing Internship

Join the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) team as a Digital Marketing Associate and gain hands-on experience in the golf industry. As a remote intern, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and assisting in various administrative tasks. This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to earn college credit, build your resume, and network with industry professionals.

Internship Details

• Location: Remote
• Hours: 4 days per week (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM), August 20th - December 19th, 2025
• Reports to: Manager, Digital Marketing

About HJGT

The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour is the largest junior golf tour in the world, providing exceptional playing opportunities for junior golfers aged 8-18. With a vision to deliver superb hospitality and memorable events, HJGT has partnered with Nexus, an international hospitality and entertainment company, to grow the game of golf globally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating marketing materials, promotions, and administrative tasks
• Post press releases and update the website
• Manage emails for upcoming tournaments and membership
• Design online retail creatives and graphics
• Develop sponsorship strategies
• Assist other marketing departments
• Create and implement social media campaigns

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Must receive at least one credit for the onsite experience from an accredited College/University
• Good standing with your College/University

What Does Success Look Like?

• Hitting marketing deadlines and assisting departments in achieving objectives
• Growing social media presence by 40% during the internship
• Creating profitable marketing and social campaigns

Experience and Skills

• Business or marketing experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
• Goal-oriented and result-driven
