Job Responsibilities

• Intake file requests and understand specific reporting requirements
• Interpret and reconcile data discrepancies to deliver accurate reporting statistics
• Create custom data evaluations for use by human resource teams and other departments
• Partner with reporting customers to refine evaluations
• Confer with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new systems or processes
• Ensure data integrity is maintained by effectively interpreting variances and outliers
• Resolve escalated issues through research and analysis
• Blend and automate data to drive business insights

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Entry-level experience in a relevant field, with developing skills and knowledge in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers
