Job Description:

Join Netflix, the world's leading entertainment service, as a Photo & AV Studio Manager in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in capturing and creating photo and video resources that shape and enhance our publicity campaigns for Netflix Original content, including series, movies, and documentaries.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from conceptualizing and executing photography and video shoots to collaborating with internal stakeholders, including PR, marketing, and social media teams. Your creative vision, attention to detail, and project management skills will be essential in driving the success of our publicity campaigns.

As a Photo & AV Studio Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategies for capturing and utilizing creative materials to enhance publicity campaigns across the DACH region.
• Leading on a portfolio of projects, including multiple series, movies, documentaries, and docu-series.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including PR, marketing, and social media teams, to drive campaign success.
• Hiring and supervising unit photographers and video crews, including content and schedule review and communication with production teams.
• Producing high-quality creative materials that shape and enhance publicity campaigns.
• Managing photography and video needs for premieres, events, and photo shoots.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6+ years of experience working in visual resource creation, with a strong understanding of the photography and video industry.
• Excellent knowledge of digital file specs and size formats.
• A strong background in the entertainment, music, TV, or lifestyle industry.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A keen eye for creating visually stunning resources.
• Experience working on high-volume, complex projects and managing competing demands.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
