As a Data Science & Analytics Specialist, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced forecasting algorithms, automate retail operations, and drive business growth through data-driven insights. You will work with large datasets, develop and deploy machine learning models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing advanced forecasting algorithms using mathematical and statistical principles
• Automating retail operations through machine learning and data analysis

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or a PhD with at least 4 years of experience)
• At least 7 years of experience in data science or machine learning (or at least 4 years with a PhD)
• Experience working with large datasets, machine learning, and data analysis
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, R, and Java
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
