As a Merchandising Services Associate, you'll be responsible for creating eye-catching displays, implementing strategies to showcase in-demand products, and ensuring our stores' signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate and easy to navigate. You'll work collaboratively with our Merchandising Services Team to drive success and make a meaningful impact on our customers' shopping experience.

Your Day at Lowe's

As a Merchandising Services Associate, your typical day will involve:

• Completing merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications
• Verifying buyback items and ensuring they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Updating and validating wayfinding and product location signage
• Confirming product pricing information is clearly visible and replacing any missing price labels
• Helping drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring displays are placed appropriately throughout the store
• Repairing or replacing damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise, and displays

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Basic arithmetic skills (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
• Proficiency in web-based computer programs
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• Lowe's sales floor experience
• Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
• Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
• Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores may be necessary.

Working Conditions

Environmental factors vary by location, and you may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible.
