Join our innovative team as a Remote UI/UX Designer and take your career to the next level! We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced designer to work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of enterprise software design. As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere and collaborate with our vibrant team to deliver exceptional results.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a rate of $40/Hr on W2 or $45/Hr on 1099, and the opportunity to work on a 3+ month project-based engagement that can extend to long-term collaborations.

Job Overview

In this role, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience in designing systems and style guides to drive success. Your portfolio should demonstrate exceptional interface design, visual design, prototyping, and articulation of design rationale, as well as strong communication and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with designing systems and style guides
• A portfolio that showcases your expertise in interface design, visual design, prototyping, and design rationale
• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to take a leadership role in projects that span multiple teams
• Deep understanding of interface design paradigms and best practices across various platforms, including web, responsive web, and native mobile
• Experienced in creating highly detailed design specifications and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced agile environment
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of enterprise software design
• Ability to explore multiple creative design directions and create engaging and effective visual designs
• Strong understanding of inclusive design best practices, Accessibility Design, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Proficient in creating detailed prototypes using tools like Figma, Principle, or Framer
• A passion for all types of visual design, including User Interface, Graphic Design, Illustrations, Typography, and Iconography
• Strong motion graphics and animation skills are a plus
